are.

The Hideout is a small, growing collection of private residences in and around Los Angeles, each transformed into a singular hospitality experience.

The first is in Tarzana. There will be others, carefully.

Our guests are the people who make Los Angeles: writers, tourists, directors, producers, founders, photographers, the families who anchor them. They do not need another hotel. They need a house. An oasis, an escape in the city crafted around a neighborhood.

A journey to find yourself, in a place that briefly becomes home.

Our guests do not visit Los Angeles. They live in it, briefly, completely. We give them the keys to the city; access to local life, the dinner reservation at a local spot, the secret hike, the secret park, the gym pass, access to local events. The house becomes a starting point, not an end.
